Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in the activities of all personnel engaged in kitchen activities, such as preparation of food and a profitable of the food preparation section.
  • Estimates food consumption and requisitions of stuffs and kitchen supplies, inspects delivery of perishable food items.
  • Reviews menus, analyzes recipes. Determines food, overhead costs, menus and drafts price of menu items.

Requirements:

  • Male, 3 stars hotel experience
  • Able to cook Europe, Chinese, and Indonesia
  • Flexible work schedule, creative and innovative

 

Cook

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and cook ala minutes orders.
  • Receive guest’s orders from chef and cooks food, portions food plates on plate add sauces and garnishes to fill orders.
  • Observe and tests food being cooked, samples all food prepared.
  • Clean and maintains work area, equipment and cold rooms.
  • Perform duties common non-supervisory personnel and other duties as may be assigned.
  • Complies with all hotel policies, rules and regulation.

Requirements:

  • Male, min. 2 years experience
  • Able to cook Europe, Chinese, and Indonesia
